2.1 Court Booking

• Court bookings must be made in advance through our website or at the facility

• Players must arrive on time; late arrivals may result in reduced playing time
• Courts must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked session

2.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount

3. Membership

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Members must present valid membership cards when using facilities
• Membership privileges may be suspended for violation of club rules
• Annual memberships automatically renew unless cancelled 30 days prior to expiration

4. Code of Conduct

• Appropriate tennis attire and non-marking shoes are required on courts
• Respectful behavior towards staff, members, and guests is mandatory
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and inappropriate language are prohibited
• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Mobile phones should be on silent mode in playing areas

5. Safety and Liability

5.1 Assumption of Risk

Tennis is a physical activity that involves inherent risks. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with tennis and related activities.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

Vamos Club shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring on the premises. Users participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests.

5.3 Insurance

We strongly recommend that all users maintain adequate personal insurance coverage for sports-related activities.

6. Events and Programs

• Event registrations are subject to availability and payment
• Event schedules may change due to weather or other circumstances
• Refunds for cancelled events will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Participants must meet skill level requirements for competitive events
